Kerala Red Fish Curry I have had so many people asking me the recipe of my style of Kerala Fish Fry so I thought why not post one. Its a pretty easy yet yummy curry which can be made in no time Ingredients · Fish - ½ kg, cut into small size pieces · Coconut oil · Mustard seeds - 1 tsp · Fenugreek - ¼ tsp · Crushed Ginger - 1½ tbsp · Crushed Garlic - 1½ tbsp · Onion – 8-9 · Kashmiri chili powder - 2 tbsp · Coriander powder - 2 tbsp · Turmeric powder - ½ tsp · Kudampuli – 3 big pieces · Hot Water to soak Kudampuli · Curry leaves – the many the better · Salt Instructions Soak cocum in 3 tbsp water for 10 minutes Mix Chili, coriander & turmeric together with in cold water & make a paste Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves Add crushed ginger garlic paste & stir until well cooked Now Add Onion and saute till soft Add the C...
