Oven Baked Salmon and Stir Fry Vegetables



Actually today being Friday I am super lazy to cook actually my body battery is completely down. I wanted to eat something tasty and easy to cook today so thought of preparing Indian Style Salmon Fry with Veggies.

This recipe would only take 20 mins of your time once you have marinate the fish.

Ingredients:

For Marinating Fish:

Salmon- 500 Gms
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Garlic Salt - 1 Tsp
Garlic Powder- 1 Tsp
Garlic - 2-3 pods
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tsp

For Veggies:

Broccoli- 1 Little
Carrot- 1 Big
French Beans- 5-10 No.s
Oil- 1 Tbsp
Garlic salt to taste

How to prepare yummy Indian Style Salmon

1. Marinate fish with all the ingredients under Fish Marination and marinate for minimum an hour

2. After an hour brush fish with Oil and bake at 200°C for 20-25 mins in a preheated oven

3. While the fish is cooking, heat Oil in a Wok and ad all the veggies, Stir the veggies on high flame for 3 minutes, add Garlic Salt once done

Notes:

1. In regards to marination, the more you can marinate better the taste
2. To give a smoky flavour place some smouldering charcoal in the oven while baking the fish
3. Use Oil Olive if you want to eat healthy
4. Don't over cook the veggies as it looses its actual taste
